kp77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the kp77 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any content, feature, or service offered by kp77. Your continued use of the kp77 platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. kp77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kp77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kp77.

To register and use the kp77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines, participation in online casino gaming is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. kp77 enforces this requirement rigorously and will suspend any account found to be held by a person under the legal age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of kp77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the kp77 platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep such information current at all times.

kp77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the kp77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kp77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kp77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kp77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify kp77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. kp77 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security incident.

kp77 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

kp77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the kp77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: kp77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Players must wager their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in Philippine Peso (PHP). kp77 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. kp77 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

kp77 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, kp77 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

kp77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• kp77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have opted into the self-exclusion program are not eligible to receive or use any bonuses during the exclusion period.

All games available on the kp77 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on kp77, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

kp77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios and are subject to the rules of the respective live game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, kp77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. kp77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

kp77 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or manipulation. Decisions made by kp77 in relation to disputed game outcomes are final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the kp77 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the kp77 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate transactions.
• Accessing the kp77 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your kp77 account by any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kp77 staff or other players.

All content on the kp77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of kp77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kp77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the kp77 platform without the prior written consent of kp77. Unauthorized use of kp77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kp77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

kp77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kp77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kp77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the kp77 platform at your own risk.

kp77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at kp77's sole discretion. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. kp77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
